Building the physical sign from raw materials — cutting, forming, welding, wiring, and finishing. Channel letters, monument signs, pylon signs, dimensional logos, architectural features: if it's a sign with structure behind it, that's fabrication. We design, engineer, build, and install under one roof at 4 Carlaw Ave, Unit 2.

Aluminum, steel, acrylic, ACM (dibond), HDU foam, and stainless — with powder-coat and automotive paint finishes. Material choice follows the job: aluminum for most outdoor channel letters, masonry or steel-framed bases for monuments, stainless or brass-effect for high-end interiors.
Yes. Stamped engineering where the municipality requires it, plus the sign permit paperwork. Most Toronto storefront and ground signs need permits before install — we run that process as part of the job rather than handing you a stack of forms.
Typically 2–6 weeks from approved design to install, depending on complexity — simple cabinet refaces are fastest, illuminated monuments slowest because of foundations and permits. Permitting is the wildcard in Toronto, so start early if you have an opening date.
Often yes — cabinet refacing, LED retrofits (big energy savings over old fluorescents/neon), repaints, and re-lettering. If the structure is sound, a refurb costs a fraction of new. Send a photo and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth saving.
